What happens when you race?
Check in and choose 7, 11 or 14 minutes.
Gear up: a helmet and neck brace, worn throughout.
Safety briefing: track rules and the marshals' flags.
Race: strapped in with a 4-point seatbelt, with marshals overseeing the race.
Results: your lap times, analysis sheet and leaderboard place.
How can you set a faster lap?
Learn the track for the first few laps before pushing.
Brake in a straight line before each turn.
Steer smoothly; sudden jerks make the kart slide.
Press the pedal as the turn straightens out.
Look at where you want to go, not at the kart ahead.
Who can drive?
Drivers need to be at least 5 years old and 4 ft tall, with a maximum weight of 120 kg. We have adult, kids and twin-seater karts, and no driving licence is needed. Wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers or Crocs, and skip flip-flops, heels and loose dupattas.
What else is there to do at the venue?
Laser Tag, Turbo Cricket, a Golf Simulator and Neon Splash are all at the same venue, and The Paddock Cafe serves fresh food made to order, coffee, tea and shakes. On F1 race weekends, the cafe screens the Grand Prix.
