1. Start with a race on a 450 m track

Go-karting breaks the ice fast because nobody in the office has a head start. Our electric track is 450 m long with 13 turns half outdoor and half covered.

Live timing puts every lap on the leaderboard and each driver gets a race analysis sheet. By the time the team reaches the cafe the bragging rights are settled.

You don't need a driving licence. Every driver gets a safety briefing and a helmet and the karts have 4-point seatbelts. Marshals (our track crew) manage the karts' speed controls for safety and run the race with a flag system. Drivers need to be at least 4 ft tall and up to 120 kg.

For corporate groups, we run practice, qualifying and a final race. Prices per person, including GST:

• 7 minutes: ₹699 Mon to Thu, ₹799 Fri to Sun

• 14 minutes (two 7-minute sessions on the same day): ₹1,199 Mon to Thu, ₹1,449 Fri to Sun

2. Mix the departments for a Laser Tag round

Laser Tag at The Pink Falcon Jaipur happens in an arena with obstacles and neon lights. Split the usual groups up, hand out vests and laser guns and let the briefing do the rest.

A live score screen keeps the count so every team knows where it stands. Pick a mode: classic deathmatch, capture the flag or zombie. Capture the flag works well for teams because nobody wins it alone.

The arena rule is no running and no rough play. Players need to be at least 3.5 ft tall.

3. Cool down with a Neon Splash canvas

Some colleagues would rather not race and Neon Splash gives them their own moment. It's a UV-lit painting room where you drip spill and swing a pendulum of paint across a canvas then watch it glow.

The paints are water-based, non-toxic and washable. Everyone gets coveralls, a poncho and shoe covers. A 30-minute session costs ₹799 per person Mon to Thu and ₹999 Fri to Sun, with paints, canvas and brushes included.

If your group is bigger

Split into stations and rotate so nobody waits around. Two more activities fit well into a rotation:

• Turbo Cricket. Your batters face a bowling machine in an indoor net, at up to 160 km/h with swing and spin options. Helmets and pads are available. Five overs cost ₹299 per person Mon to Thu.

• Golf Simulator. Your quieter competitors get 30 minutes of unlimited shots, with swing analysis from a high-speed camera. Groups of 3 to 4 pay ₹449 per person Mon to Thu.

A simple plan for a large team looks like this:

1. Everyone gathers for the safety briefing and team picks.

2. One group races while the others play Laser Tag, Turbo Cricket or the Golf Simulator.

3. Groups swap until everyone has raced.
